Who Would Have Thought?

When one thinks about all the things that can go wrong in an unoccupied home, it’s hard to think of everything. For instance, today we visited a home and discovered the rear exterior lighting had simply just fallen off the side of the home. Who would ever think that their exterior lighting would fall off the building? Granted, it’s not a big deal.  However, it’s only mid autumn now. What else may happen during the onslaught of winter? Would you prefer to come home in the spring and have everything just right? Or, would you rather come home when it’s late at night, and you’re tired to find a host of problems?  If the answer to this second question is no, you need home watch.
