While providing access to a client home for a contractor in early January, we discovered that the heat in the home was out. We made the necessary calls and the plumber was shocked to hear about the heat being out. He stated that the boiler had just been serviced three days prior. Because of our intervention, there were no broken pipes. It just goes to show you. You never know what will happen in your home, or when it will happen. Who is watching out for you when you are away from your home?
