We had our first save of the season today. If you can tell me how the third floor roof hatch got fully opened, with no one around, we will both know. But there it was. The hatch wide open, the interior of the home exposed to the vagaries of weather and animal life (on the ocean. Think seagulls, raccoons, etc…). We were able to prevent a mess because we were hired by our clients. Do you need home watch? If you leave your home unoccupied, the answer is YES!
