Another Save

On December 6, 2020, we had another save. Many of our clients ask us to perform an additional check of their property after a period of severe weather. We went into a client’s home as a part of our after storm check. We discovered a water leak coming from the ceiling. The ceiling was bowed and stained. Knowing there was a bathroom directly above this ceiling, we investigated. We found that a valve which had previously been closed, was now leaking.

Salo Home Watch was able to shut off the water, and stop any further damage. The home which is on the market and under agreement, was to undergo a home inspection just three days later. The home owner was very grateful for our intervention. This is home watch and this is why people hire us.
